Inner Glow Sound Bath: LONDON

£30.00
Limit 10 per order

Honour your inner glow with an hour of deep rest and nervous system nourishment. Think reset.

Sound healing works by slowing brainwaves, soothing the stress response, and helping release stored tension — leaving you calmer, clearer, and feeling more centred.

Each session will blend crystal and Tibetan bowls with chimes and grounding frequencies to guide mind and body into a restorative state.

Spaces are extremely limited meaning a small class size and a more personalised experience ✨

The Newman, 50 Newman Street, Fitzrovia, London, W1T 3EB

Notes:

Sound supports the nervous system to settle, quietening the mind and inviting a sense of grounding and clarity.

There’s nothing to do except simply lie down and receive. Matts, bolsters & blankets all provided.

What to Bring:

  • The body temperature will drop during the experience, it is therefore recommended that you wear layers, including cosy socks

Optional:

  • Eye mask

Important Information

Please note that tickets are non-refundable.

As this is a small, independently run event, each booking helps make the soundbath possible — from the venue hire to the preparation that goes into holding the space. Much like booking a theatre ticket, your place is reserved especially for you, and once purchased it can’t be refunded if you’re unable to attend.

I completely understand that many fitness classes booked through apps offer flexible cancellation policies, but this event is booked directly and supports a small business, so I really appreciate your understanding.

You’re very welcome to gift or transfer your ticket to someone else if you can no longer make it — just let me know the name change ahead of the session.

Sound baths may not be suitable if you have sound-induced epilepsy, severe sound sensitivities, a pacemaker or implanted medical device affected by vibration, or acute mental health conditions. Sound-based experiences can feel over stimulating for some neurodivergent people. You’re welcome to step out at any time.

If pregnant or managing a medical condition, please consult your healthcare provider before attending.

Those under the influence of alcohol or narcotics will not be permitted to attend.
