Welcome to the Jules Von Hep store 🌞

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the agreement between you (the customer) and us, Jules Von Hep (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms — please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. Products

All items are made to order through our trusted production partner, Printful, to help reduce waste and overproduction.

We do our best to display product images, colours and descriptions accurately, but small variations may occur due to screen differences or the printing process.

2. Orders & Payments

Orders are processed once payment has been received in full.
You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order, followed by tracking details once your item ships.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if:

  • The product is unavailable

  • There’s an error in pricing or description

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Every order is printed and shipped directly from Printful’s fulfilment centres.
Production typically takes 2–5 business days, followed by delivery times depending on your location:

  • UK & Europe: 5–10 business days

  • US: 5–12 business days

  • Rest of world: up to 3 weeks

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs, local postal delays, or factors outside our control.

4. Returns & Refunds

Each product is made to order, which means we don’t accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, change of mind, or general dissatisfaction.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us at hello@julesvonhep.com within 7 days of receiving it, including photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund through Printful.

For UK & EU customers:
 You have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, unless your item is personalised or made to your specifications.
If you wish to do this, please contact us via email within 14 days. You’ll need to return the item in its original, unworn condition and cover the return postage cost. We’ll issue a refund once the item has been received.

For international customers (outside the UK & EU):
 All sales are final. We can only offer a replacement or refund if your item arrives damaged or incorrect.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

If you’re ordering from outside the UK, your country’s customs office may charge import duties or taxes. These are the customer’s responsibility, and we’re unable to control or predict these fees.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, text and content on this website are the property of Jules Von Hep and the registered trademark and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.

7. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use — or inability to use — our products or website.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the item in question.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is used solely for processing and delivering your order, in line with our [Privacy Policy].
We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except as necessary to fulfil your order (for example, with Printful).

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version available on our website at the time you place your order applies to your purchase.
