Start 2026 with an hour of deep rest and nervous system nourishment. Think reset.
Sound healing works by slowing brainwaves, soothing the stress response, and helping release stored tension — leaving you calmer, clearer, and feeling more centred.
Each session will blend crystal and Tibetan bowls with chimes and grounding frequencies to guide mind and body into a restorative state.
Limited spaces to keep experience peaceful ✨
7pm, Canterbury Pilates, 33 St. Dunstans St, Canterbury CT2 8BZ (studio is at Roper Close)
Notes:
Sound supports the nervous system to settle, quietening the mind and inviting a sense of grounding and clarity.
There’s nothing to do — simply lie back and receive.
What to Bring:
The body temperature will drop during the experience, it is therefore recommended that you bring blankets and warm layers, including cosy socks
Optional:
Eye mask
Journal
Important Information
Sound baths may not be suitable if you have sound-induced epilepsy, severe sound sensitivities, a pacemaker or implanted medical device affected by vibration, or acute mental health conditions. Sound-based experiences can feel over stimulating for some neurodivergent people. You’re welcome to step out at any time.
If pregnant or managing a medical condition, please consult your healthcare provider before attending.
Those under the influence of alcohol or narcotics will not be permitted to attend.
